28 Extrusion International 3/2019 EXTRUSION TECHNOLOGY First Line: For the production of PVC mem- branes The membrane has a 3-layer configuration with the possibility to have different reinforcement such as PES mat, glassfiber net and polyester fleece. The membrane rolls have a net width of 2000 mm and a thickness up to 3.000 µ. The output is 2.200 Kg/h. Second Line – For the production of TPO membranes: The membrane has a 3-layer config- uration with the possibility to have different reinforcement such as poly- ester grid or PES-non-woven textile. The membranes rolls have a net width of 2000 mm and a thickness up to 2.000 µ. The output is 2.000 Kg/h. Both lines can deliver 2.000 mm-dia- meter jumbo rolls or customized rolls with max 350 mm-diameter. AMUT supply includes also the fully automatic packaging system to pack each roll with a PE sleeve and to apply the label containing the main charac- teristics of the membrane. The system is equipped with a special unit for fin- ished rolls handling and automatic palletizing. Extrusion Lines for the Production of Waterproofing Membranes in PVC & TPO supplied “We are becoming the largest sup- plier of waterproofing materials around China reaching a productiv- ity capacity of 10,000,000 m²/year of waterproofing membranes in poly- mer and 20,000,000 m²/year of wa- terproofing membrane in bitumen.
