The constant investment in new technolo- gies has also allowed the company to improve the cap inserter with sophisticated software for the automatic transfer of pro- duction data from the customer's central computer to the ma- chine operator panel or by reading barcodes by means of a spe- cial scanner. Cap Inserter type CAP-CV 3.5 – Semi-automatic version for slotted profiles cut to length: the machine inserts the caps in- terlocking in this way the profiles. Cap Inserter type CAP-CO 6.5 – Semi-automatic version for slotted slat packs: the machine cuts to length, inserts and inter- locks with caps. Cap Inserter type CAP-CO 6.5 – Semi-automatic version for not slotted slat packs: the machine punches, cuts to length, in- serts, interlocks with caps and rolls it.
