The internationally active Feddersen Group will be showcasing its combined expertise for circular solutions across the entire value chain at the Plastics Recycling Show Europe (PRSE) from 5th to 6th May in Amsterdam – together with its subsidiaries BIO-FED, a branch of AKRO-PLASTIC GmbH, FEDDEM GmbH & Co. KG, and external partner Trebo ApS.
The transformation towards a circular economy requires close collaboration and innovative solutions. At PRSE 2026, the Feddersen Group companies and their partner will demonstrate how they are jointly mastering the challenges of the plastics recycling industry and achieving sustainable progress. The individual focus areas of the four exhibitors, which perfectly interlink, will be highlighted.
Feddersen Group: Expertise
As the parent company, the Feddersen Group actively drives the implementation of circular economy processes. It establishes strategic partnerships along the upstream and downstream value chain and identifies suitable PCR (Post Consumer Recyclates) and PIR (Post Industrial Recyclates) based raw material sources to shape the transition to a sustainable plastics economy.
BIO-FED: Recyclates
BIO-FED presents customised recyclates and compounds, derived from post-consumer (PCR) and post-industrial (PIR) streams. The portfolio already includes colour-matched and modified recyclates such as rABS, rPP, rPE, rPMMA, rPBT, and rPET, as well as individual recyclate solutions developed to customer requirements.
FEDDEM: Machinery.
FEDDEM will be showcasing its advanced twin-screw compounding lines for recycling applications. The flexible system concepts are precisely tailored to individual material requirements and customer wishes. Supplementary peripheral equipment from FEDDEM optimises the compounding process and increases efficiency in recycling.
Trebo: Sorting
Trebo, as an external partner, leverages its patented fluid mechanical technology (Trebo FMT™) to sort complex material mixtures with unmatched (+99.95%) purity with no material degradation. Trebo delivers end-to-end Closed and Open Loop recycling solutions that transform waste into virgin-quality secondary raw materials. By providing CO₂-eq calculations, inspection certificates, and EPR documentation, Trebo ensures seamless compliance with PPWR (Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation), ELV (End-of-Life Vehicles) and WEEE (Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment) regulations while directly reducing Scope 3 emissions.
“The circular economy for plastics is a task that we can only successfully achieve together. At PRSE 2026, we will demonstrate how, by combining our core competencies, from raw material identification to processing and mechanical recycling, right through to high-purity sorting, a holistic and practical solution for the market is created,” says Dirk Schöning, Development Manager Circular Business Models at the Feddersen Group. “We warmly invite all interested parties to visit us at stand K 116 to discuss the future of circular plastics and find joint solutions with us.”
