Ferrarini & Benelli will be exhibiting at Fakuma, one of Europe’s leading events for plastics processing, bringing together professionals and companies active in injection moulding, extrusion, thermoforming, raw materials, machinery, surface treatment and automation.
At the show, Ferrarini & Benelli will present its latest innovations in atmospheric plasma treatment, a technology designed to improve surface properties and enhance adhesion in industrial processes.

The solutions on display will include In Air Plasma, featuring a combination of nozzles for treatment distances of up to 40 mm, In Air Plasma Spark, designed for applications with treatment distances of up to 80 mm, and In Air Plasma XL, designed for distances ranging from 25 to 70 mm.
These technologies provide flexible solutions for different materials and process requirements, helping to improve adhesion, surface cleanliness and overall performance before subsequent processes such as bonding, printing, coating or painting.
The company’s cobot (collaborative robot) will be showcased: the cobot is able to reproduce the speed and power conditions of any customer’s production line, in order to evaluate the best settings to achieve flawless bonding. In our laboratory, we specialise in substrate testing and can customise our systems to fit the customers’ requirements.
