CHINAPLAS 2026 maintained strong momentum on its second day, drawing 125,448 visitors to the exhibition halls and concurrent events. The high turnout reflected continued industry interest in advanced recycling technologies, smart manufacturing demonstrations, and high-performance materials.
The second day offered not only impressive visitor traffic, but also valuable opportunities for professional exchange. One of the highlights was the Welcome Reception for Overseas Delegates, which was organized to connect overseas delegates with industry leaders and key practitioners. During the reception, participants exchanged views on the market and shared their perspectives on developments in the plastics and rubber industries.
In addition to business networking, visitors also took part in interactive activities across the show floor. The interactive booths proved popular, giving attendees an engaging way to create memories of CHINAPLAS while adding a lighter element to their sourcing journey.

Following the successful second day, CHINAPLAS 2026 continues on April 23 with another strong program of concurrent events. Among the key highlights is the Smart Molding Forum: Intelligent Transformation and Sustainable Development, which will focus on AI upgrades, automation, operational excellence, and green manufacturing aimed at improving competitiveness. Also scheduled is Applications in Focus, a series of seven themed forums addressing end-user challenges in automotive, medical, packaging, cables, antimicrobial, and eco-friendly PVC applications, covering more than 50 hot topics.
With CHINAPLAS continuing to build momentum, the exhibition remains a valuable platform for gaining deeper market insight and developing meaningful business partnerships.
