The LASER PRO series impresses with a measurement rate that is 10 times faster than the LASER Series 2000 |
At wire China 2026, SIKORA will present the new LASER PRO series for measuring cable diameters. The gauges have a measuring rate that is 10 times faster than the measuring heads of the well-known LASER Series 2000. SIKORA will also introduce the latest model, the LASER 110 XY that is ideal for measuring larger diameters in high voltage lines or sheathing lines. Thanks to the new model, the LASER PRO series now covers product diameters from 0.1 up to 110 mm.
SIKORA will also showcase the new CENTERVIEW PRO for measuring the eccentricity, diameter and ovality of cables with diameters from 0.1 to 25 mm. With 5,000 high-precision measurement values per second per measurement axis, combined with an extremely short exposure time of less than 1/1,000,000 seconds, the CENTERVIEW PRO enables accurate measurements, even at high line speeds and product vibrations. Each individual measured value achieves an extraordinarily high single value accuracy.

The LM PRO enables a bidirectional length measurement |
SIKORA will present its new LM PRO length measuring system to the public for the first time in a live setting. It measures length and speed without contact and with an exceptional accuracy of +/- 0.05%. The system also offers direction and standstill detection as well as reliable measurements from 0 m/min. Since the system operates without mechanical contact, slip and wear are completely eliminated.
For quality control in medium and high voltage cable lines, SIKORA’s X-RAY 8000 devices have been industrial standard for more than 30 years. At wire China, SIKORA will showcase the X-RAY 8000 ADVANCED. Immediately after the extrusion head, the system measures wall thickness, eccentricity, and diameter – quickly, precisely, and without distortion. The measured values are immediately available for centering and control, enabling optimal process settings right from the start of the line.

The measuring heads of the FIBER Series 6000 device series guarantee maximum performance to ensure fiber optic quality. They monitor the entire drawing process – from diameter, fiber position, vibration frequency, and temperature to the detection of air lines and knots – and control it precisely. Visitors can experience the FIBER Series 6000 measuring gauges on the SIKORA booth.
At this year’s wire China, the innovative booth concept will be tailored to the needs of customers. There will be several conversation areas on the booth that invite customers to exchange ideas with the SIKORA experts. In addition, visitors can enjoy freshly prepared culinary snacks in a relaxed atmosphere and choose from a selection of soft drinks and coffee specialties.
