Der Kunststoff-Distributor Ultrapolymers Deutschland
hat sein Portfolio an technischen Kunststoffen um die
TRIREX® Polycarbonat-Standardtypen von Samyang Corpo-
ration erweitert. Deren Viskositäten (MFI 300 °C, 1,2 kg)
reichen von 34 g/10 min bei den ultraleicht fließenden
3017er-Typen für den Dünnwand-Spritzguss bis zu 3 g/10
min bei den hochviskosen 3030er-Extrusionstypen. Je nach
Typenfamilie sind spezielle Additivierungen, zum Beispiel
zur Erhöhung der Hitze- und/oder UV-Stabilität, sowie
Ausführungen in optischer Qualität verfügbar. Alle
TRIREX® Standardtypen sind nach UL94 in die Brennbar-
keitsklasse V-2 bei 1,5 mm eingeordnet und erfüllen die
Anforderungen der EU sowie der FDA für den Kontakt mit
Lebensmitteln.
Ultrapolymers vertreibt die TRIREX PC-Typen in Deutsch-
land, Österreich und der Schweiz.

Deutschland has extended its portfolio of engineering
plastics by adding the standard TRIREX® polycarbonate
grades from Samyang Corporation. Their viscosities (MFI
300 °C, 1.2 kg) range from 34 g/10 min with the ultra-
easy-flow 3017 grades for thin-wall injection moulding to
3 g/10 min with the high-viscosity 3030 extrusion grades.
Depending on the application, special additives can be in-
corporated, for example to increase the heat and/or UV
stability. Optical quality grades are also available. All the
TRIREX® standard grades are classified to UL94 in flamma-
bility Class V-2 at 1.5 mm and comply with the require-
ments of the EU and FDA for food-contact applications.
Ultrapolymers markets the TRIREX® PC types in Germany,
Austria and Switzerland.
